Site Privacy, Returns, Missing parts, and Shipping

Jayoek wants to keep this simple. We work hard to bring you the plows, spreaders, pushers, and parts you need to keep your snow removal needs met. We understand things happen we ask the same of you. We strive for all products you buy from us to be 100%. If something should happen know we will work together to get it corrected.

Privacy

At Jayoek LLC., we take your privacy seriously This Privacy Statement outlines the types of personal information we collect, and how we use it. We collect personal information when you interact with our website, such as when you fill out a form or make a purchase. We use this information to provide you with the best possible experience and to improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy practices, please contact us.

Returns

  • All returns must be done within 30 days from your purchase date

  • All returns must be pre-authorized by Andy @ Jayoek LLC. 

  • Original Shipping and Return Shipping will be paid by the customer.

  • There will be a 20% restocking fee. (This is to cover associated fees and employee time spent on shipments and returns.)

  • All product requesting to be returned must be new never installed or used.

  • Any parts that were installed will not be accepted or will have a larger restocking fee. 

  • Your Order Info and Contact Info must be with the parts. If no info is included, it will be kept for 30 days. if there is no way for us to contact you and we are not contacted it will be discarded.

  • Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. 

  • If an item with Free Shipping is returned, we will subtract the original shipping expense from the refund.

  • All special order parts are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

  • Parts MUST be packaged properly for shipping. If we receive a damaged box and it is empty or missing parts we are not able to give you a refund even if you have a tracking number.

Missing parts

Missing pieces from orders must be alerted to Jayoek within one week of arrival. Any parts claimed as missing after this time will not be considered.

Shipping

We will use the service you select. In some rare cases, we may switch to a comparable service with another shipper. For special instructions, email or call us so we can make sure it is done as requested. We do our best to ship the same day on most orders. Mail leaves around 11:00 AM EST and UPS leaves close to 3:00 PM EST. If delivery is delayed because of bad weather any time from pick up to delivery, we are not responsible and UPS & USPS will usually not cover it. Please be sure to take that into consideration when selecting an overnight service during inclement weather. We Do NOT ship on Saturdays or Sundays so if you order a part overnight at 5:30 PM EST on a Friday it will be shipped out overnight on Monday when we come back in, meaning you will get it on Tuesday not Saturday or Sunday. (Yes, people have complained about not having a part on Saturday morning when they ordered at 8 PM on a Friday). On this note, expedited orders placed on a Friday do not guarantee Saturday delivery. Some areas do not have a Saturday delivery option and will be delivered on Monday.
